North Dakota Hands & Voices is pleased to announce that it is a Hands & Voices Advocacy Support and Training or ASTra program Chapter.  This means that our Chapter Advocates have received specialized training geared toward advocating for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) children.  We want to utilize these skills to assist families in helping their children reach their highest potential.  If you would like to request ASTra services, please fill out the Advocacy Request Form below.
